'편도 기차를 타고 늘 다음 행선지를 알고 있었지만, 네 얼굴을 보기 전엔 매 순간을 놓치고 있었다'는 첫 가사가 곡 전체의 정서를 잡습니다. 'You and I, we go together / You are the sky, I will be the weather'라는 후렴이 보여 주듯, 서로 다른 두 존재가 하늘과 날씨처럼 맞물려 하나의 풍경을 이룬다는 비유로 사랑의 시작을 그립니다.
