곡 전체를 떠받치는 것은 제목의 부사 하나입니다. 「I loved you dangerously / More than the air that I breathe」, 숨 쉬는 공기보다 더 위험하게 사랑했다는 말이 후렴마다 되돌아옵니다. 이 속도로 가면 충돌한다는 걸 알고 있었고, 폭발이 자신을 망가뜨려도 상관없었다는 것이 화자가 스스로 내리는 진단입니다.
