곡 소개
곡 이름 앞에 붙는 「m-flo loves ○○」는 부제가 아니라 명의입니다. DJ 겸 트랙메이커 ☆Taku Takahashi와 MC 겸 래퍼 VERBAL 두 사람이 매번 다른 게스트를 맞아들이고, 그 조합 자체를 곡의 이름으로 삼는 방식입니다. 보컬 LISA가 2002년 솔로 활동을 위해 팀을 떠난 뒤 남은 둘이 택한 형식이었고, 그래서 이 시기 m-flo의 곡은 매번 다른 목소리를 갖게 됩니다. 이 곡의 자리에 초대된 사람은 두 명이었습니다.

「miss you」는 2003년 10월 22일 rhythm zone에서 m-flo 통산 15번째 싱글로 발매돼 오리콘 주간 8위에 올랐고, 이듬해 3집 『ASTROMANTIC』에 수록됐습니다. 남녀 보컬의 달콤한 듀엣에 랩을 얹는 구성이 당시로서는 드물었다는 평이 따라붙는 곡이며, 이렇게 매번 게스트를 갈아 끼우는 형식은 잘 알려지지 않은 아티스트들을 계속 무대로 끌어들이는 통로가 되면서 m-flo라는 이름을 대중에게 각인시켰습니다.
